hello I got my new sin today after PR and it starts with 6. I am BC resident and on google it says BCs residents sin starts with 7. Anyone have same issue? What should I do?

I called service canada and they told me its fine. it should not start with 9. If it starts with any other number you are permanent resident and no need to worry
