Hi, I have a question about the submission of medical document. I did my medical for student visa and it will expire on coming June. Is it possible to submit the same IME for the PR application?

If the medical is still valid at the time of PR submission, you can submit it. However, depending on when the PR application is reviewed, close to or after the medical has expired they may request a new medical. It is all up to the Agent looking at your file.

If you are in Canada applicant and your medical are within 5 years from date of submission of PR application then it will be accepted there is an exemption in place till 6th Oct 2024

That's correct, the exemption is still in place until Oct 2024. I would still submit the one you currently have as proof it was done within the last 5yrs and it says that you are healthy. If it meets the requirements, they won't ask you for a new one.
