You need to show your own funds, travel history, ties to return (job letter with approved leave, business, income properties, spouse/child). Your brother can write a letter of invitation. Make sure funds are in cash and show that you can afford to visit Canada without using all your funds. Travel history is to UK, NZ, AUS or NZ.

Just like @Naturgrl said, you can find the procedure in the ircc website if you google. No one can give you the required document for visit visa. You need to provide your own supporting documents and your host's invitation letter.

1. Login to IRCC portal
2. Create Application
3. Add documents (Passport, ID, Financial, family ties, proofs, etc etc ,)
4. Submit applicaiton
5. wait for biometric letter
6. go for biometric
7. wait for processing result
8. if approved, submit passport for visa stamping
9. travel happily
