WHAT IS THE EQUIVALENT OF LAW DEGREE IN MPNP?

I got my law degree evaluated by IQAS which assessment was equivalent to a first professional degree in law. However, MPNP doesn't provide an option to tick for first professional degree but rather provides for masters. My question is it acceptable to choose "masters" as my highest qualification? Doing this will shot up my eoi scores from 607 to 622. I hope it won't be termed as misrepresentation if I do?
