Hello.
I have a working permit last July. After 5 months I was promoted and need to work in same employer but different lo location. So I applied for new work permit to change condition (online). After which my online application was refused and said officer is not satisfied with the skills and credentials for LMIA exempt.

Question:
1. Can I flagpole with refusal letter online
2. Easiest way to have my work permit with change condition?

What type of LMIA exempt permit are you on? Did the employer get approval to change the conditions of the LMIA (change in NOC and location)? Did the NOC change if promoted? This would be the first step. You cannot change conditions unless LMIA is modified first.

So you are on a LMIA exempt NOC 0 now? Did NOC change? You cannot change your location with work permit amendment. Your employer should first report amendments to the current LMIA so you can work in that region.

So you were skill level 5 to 0. What NOCs? So you moved from an unskilled job to upper management? So what job letters and education did you show that you can do the job? What education is required of the NOC? You would need to show ECA. That is why you were refused.

So you have an ECA that matches the NOC? You have past job experience letters to match NOC? IELTS?

So you were rightly refused because you didn’t provide correct documentation. Reapply.
