My daughter's citizenship application, under the minor 5(1) grant, was filed on Jul 28, 2022, and AOR was received on Aug 09, 2022. No progress on the tracker, and I have filed ATIP twice, the Oct and Dec ATIPs showed the same thing. According to the ATIP I received today, LPP was not started in the file notes except for criminal clearance.

Is there anywhere we could reach out for such a condition which has been outstanding for over 17 months? Thanks for anyone's advice in advance.

Thanks. I checked after 2 hours and it was available for me to download. I am not certain how soon the clerk processed it.

To download the certificate you need an ircc portal account. Registration requires an invite code. The invite code is in an email. I received the email today.

But there is a link if you google search on generating an invite code. I was able to generate an invite code and register an ircc portal account with an email I typically don't use.
From the account, it is a simple click on a link to download the certificate. They ask for usual details like file number, uci, surnamr etc.

Had my oath yesterday, sent signed oath form immediately after and received portal information for e-cert this morning thus completed my PR-> Cit journey.

Strangely enough the clerk checking me in requested hand-signed oath form as opposed to e-signed.

reach out to MP's office. Additionally, call IRCC helpline and ask them to add a note to your file. this definitely helped my long overdue application move along.
