To apply for HSW,HOme support worker pilot program out side Canada,do we have to show any certification for ELIGIBILITY TO PERFORM WORK, I take care of my mother in law,and she is moving to Canada ,to be with her daughter, can I go with her in HSW, without showing salary history and certification for ELDERLY CARE GIVING..

No you cannot go with her. Is she immigrating through PGP program? If so her daughter will care for her. Or once she is well settled in Canada and submitting taxes, she shows that she has the funds to support a full time caregiver in her own home or her daughter shows that she meets LICO to support a full time employee. Your mother in law and her daughter will look up the median salary for a caregiver for their region. They will need to set up an account with CRA with a business number to offer you a job. Read through the requirements on the IRCC as you will need ECA for post secondary education and IELTS. Processing is around 3 years and family members are heavily scrutinized. Since she is moving in with her daughter (assume under PGP program) then daughter can care for her. Post further questions under Caregivers.
