I have applied my visa on 12 December 2023 got my biometric request on 18 December 2023, i had my biometric then on 28 December 2023. The thing i want to ask that when I'll got my medical exam request because today the date is 6 January 2024 and my first class is on 22 January 2024? Anybody know why it taking so much time.

A lot of other people applied much earlier. I, for example, applied on the 4th of September but still have not received any update since.

You should consider deferring your start date. Your chances of getting a SP in time for Jan 22 are pretty much zero.
