Husband in Canada on PGWP, wife in India. Applying for PR together.

Hi All,
Thank you in advance for going through my post.
I am 32M soon going to be married in Apr,2024. I would like to apply for a joint application on the Express Entry Portal. I have a few queries in this regard.
1. On receiving mine and my spouse's COPR, can I travel to India to go and fetch my spouse? Does my work visa and TRV become invalid on receiving COPR?
2. Since we would be having a valid marriage certificate, could we get our PCC done without spouse's name on passport (since we have no time for that)?
3. Is there any other way in which we can apply for the PR?
4. Do you guys think applying for an inland PR for her will be more beneficial?
5. How long could be the wait from ITA to COPR? we have a decent score of 536.

1. Inland applicant won't get a CoPR, they'll be virtually landed with an eCoPR. Inland applicant can only travel with PRTD or a PR card afterwards - they can also enter through land border with an eCoPR from the US. Keep that in consideration.
2. Inland applicant will get their PCC through BLS, outland will be to use the Passport Portal to get theirs. For outland applicant, make sure to not take the one from your local police station as that has chances of getting rejected.
3. You've a 536 CRS score, you'll get an invite very soon. Should apply for PCC asap as it takes time to come. I applied for mine 2 months in advanced and it was a big relief. BLS is very poorly managed and I hear horror stories every month about them. So apply in advanced.
4. Either is fine. If you change your primary applicant and your score drops, that's not advisable. Helpful to keep whoever leads to highest CRS score, also weigh in in-demand/category NOC codes too.
