Hello, my sister just submitted her application this morning and forgot to upload the use of representative form. since th cap is not full yet should she submit another application or can she send it through the webform. The spaces are so precious she would hate to fill up another spot.

is not a critical form I should llave it like that. Because you need fees again I think

What do you mean it is not a critical form? People get PFLs for using a rep and not submitting the form. IRCC can tell if someone has used a rep/family member by emails/VPNs and where application is submitted from.

I never had problems in the past with this, not sure they will have the resources or the time to go through what you mention. But yes I suppose could it be a possibility.

she submitted the form herself but would like me to represent her going forward. she used my mailing address in the application.

in the same situation , but forgot to attach marriage cert and birth certificate ,

Can i also use the webform ?

As far as I understand, we need some kind of AOR or application referance for raising webform. There is no way they can track our application otherwise. Cant be added anything at this point as we have not received any. Please share if you find an alternative.

PS- Anyone have any idea on how long it will take for AOR.
