Maybe. Have to check if NOC is skilled employment. Do you have a degree? English? French? Funds?

Yes. I do have a degree in English literature and I speak French as well. I teach English part-time at university. And yes I do have funds.

Weaving bracelets is not a skill needed in Canada. You need to show a job skill or education and experience that enables you to get enough points to qualify first.
