Your BG (background, Language, etc) and the other trackers show in progress?

Is this normal?

I and many other applicants of Montréal office are suffering the same problem. We don't know why our BG is still in progress while other offices don't take such time to complete it. Could you please share your application date and your processing office?

Totally normal.

AoR 15 Oct 2023, i think its montreal office, is all montreal applications delayed or what do you mean?

In some cases, offices need more time to get clearance on BG of applicants. Somme applicants are lucky and get their BG completed in fews days while il may take many weeks for other applicants to get their BG completed. All what we can do is to be patient.
