Documents are of such poor quality that they cannot be deciphered/read. So IRCC doesn’t know if they are real or match/relevant to the applicant.

A question for you on this: I sent my mother’s application and had to compress the documents several times because you can only upload 2MB max per section. My invitation letter and a couple of supporting documents ended up being a bit blurry (though legible, but slightly blurry) and now I am concerned this may be a cause of refusal.Should I try resending the documents? If yes, what would be the best way to go about this? Thank you in advance

Resend through webform if you think they are not legible.

I applied via GC-key and eligibility not yet done from UK in October. Thinking of deleting application and reapplying using the portal as my eligibility is not yet done.

UK processing time is 546 days as of today Dec 27th, 2023. it will take quite time to process the application. i will go with Bicap's Comment reapplying will not make any difference due to te processing time.

But it seems those who applied with portal after November have their eligibility done. GC key eligibility hasn’t been done yet
