Wanted to check if we get a permanent/ full time offer from a Alberta Employer - can we have that in our PNP application and submit or we need to take the consent of the employer.

What AINP program? What NOC? The employer need to provide consent of the job offer and be eligible.

It will be 21221 and I guess it should be under Techpath.
Actually I was in a understanding that if we get a fulltime offer we can apply - but as per your response employer should be aware and say ok for it - am I right?

The employer must give you the job offer and know that they are supporting your nomination. They need to be eligible, and willing.
