I applied for study permit and got medical/biometric done in mid September. My semester starts in 3 weeks but eligibility and background checks are still in progress , I might have to defer to summer intake , does it mean that I have to submit a new application and the new gic 20k investment would be applied for my scenario or I could stick to the same application?
