When should I stop working—upon the release of the Final Grades or Letter of Completion?

Hello, I just want to ask because I'm a bit confused. I already applied to graduate last December 16, 2023. My question is when should I stop working—should it be upon the release of the final grades or upon receiving the Letter of Completion?
