Is advanced diploma (3 yrs ) from Canada equivalent to Bachelors ? The FHEQ Level is 6 for both. Am i eligible for HCP ONIP? Kindy help.

You will know when you get your ECA. Can‘t tell you if you are eligible as it is based on your CRS score and NOC.

Ok, is ECA required if the education was done in Canada? Because on the website it says ECA required only for foreign education. My CRS score is 471 and NOC code: 22100.

No, this is not equivalent to a Bachelor's.

ECA is not required. If you did a 3 year advanced diploma in Canada that is not equivalent to a degree. Your CRS points will be the same for a year degree or diploma. But you are not eligible for OINP HCP with a diploma.

What type of degree and are you licensed? Working in Canada as a HCP? There may be specific program depending on the type of HCP.

It's a chemical engineering Technology program. The program doesn't require licensing and I am currently working in my field.

That is not a degree so not eligible for OINP Human Capital stream. Unless you have a degree from your home country with ECA.
