There is no guarantee. Would getting a Masters give you high enough points? What about learning French? So you don’t help your sister now if you live under the same roof and will not over the next 3 years. IRCC may question that.

i think you dont need to register, they will give you a temporary credentials to login to the pr portal, then you will upload you photo and confirm that you are in Canada.
for context, I am waiting for the opening for January 1st 2024. I haven’t submitted an application.

Hello all, I have a question. I saw in the cic website saying” you can only upload 1 file per field . If you try to upload multiple files in the same field , only 1( the last one you upload ) will be saved”. What do you mean by this? say when we are uploading travel documents/passport, we you need to combine passport files of multiple individuals as one file ?
