Hello everyone
I have applied for my brother on 3rd November, biometric done on 20 November bit still it shows we have not received your fingerprints and eligibility still not started. Submitted a webform regarding biometric update received generic reply.

If biometric is not appearing on the portal, you can recheck with VFS, maybe there is some issue from VFS side.
As a Pakistani, is it better to use the old gc key or the new portal now a days? I have been rejected a toursit visa in the past with the GC key because " no travel history" so now I have traveled to many country and wanna apply again. I want to know which one to use what is higher chance to get the visa

Waiting to hear any further updates from the IRCC. Also, my mother has done the biometric and it is appearing as 'Valid' in the Biometric tool up to 7 Dec 2033 but the status of the application has not been updated.
Will provide an update here as soon as I receive one from the IRCC.
