Full-Time Work while Part Time Studies

Based on Immigration Guidelines:
Canadian Work Experience does not count for points if you are full-time student.

The recent public policy allows international students to work full-time while studying if they are studying full-time or part-time if it’s their last semester.

Hence
If it my last semester and I am studying part-time and I am allowed to work full-time. Can I count these hours worked towards CRS points?

No, this doesn't mean that.

Only work experience gained after you have submitted your PGWP application counts as Canadian Work Experience.
