I finished my B.Tech in 2017, but had backlogs, now got the completion certificate in 2023. But, I worked full-time as web designer for four years. Does the work experience before completing B.Tech count for PR Express Entry?
Does work experience before completing btech backlogs counts?

@Naturgrl Thanks for your help! Just to double-check, are you sure that work experience while clearing backlogs count? I want to make sure I've got it right, because consultancies told me it wont count. Thanks again.
This is for foreign experience so not sure why you cannot count it.
