NOC Teer 0 or Major Group 00

Hi All,

My Noc code 20012, Confused with Teer 0 and Major Group 00 System. Can any one help me to undertand my NOC code is Just Teer 0 Or will this also fall under Major group 00 ?

This is for CRS score with Validjob offer section.

Quick google - NOC 20012 TEER and says 0. Only a few NOCs are 00.

Your are on a LMIA so you get 50 points. It is not a NOC that begins with 00 like 00012 (CEO).

Even if my company gives a justification letter that I perform a role of senior manager, it is not possible to get it, just curious, please help me to understand it.

So you are on a LMIA? What type of permit are you on in Canada? You would need the role of CEO or CFO.

Please help as i am over 40 years , even if i get Magical score in CELPIP my score is still 430.. Any idea to improvise my score.

Again are you working in Canada? What type of permit?

So what is the NOC of your closed work permit? That is the NOC you use. If 20021 that is your NOC.

If your NOC for your work permit is 20012, your company cannot say you are now doing a 00 job. That would mean the company needs to file and apply for a new LMIA.

A senior manager designation does not mean you can claim this as a 00 job offer.

You would need to be holding a very senior role in the organization to claim this is a 00 role. Something like the CEO or country head or head of an entire division (e.g. Chief Technology Officer).
