Working in-Canada and Distance Learning outside Canada.

I am currently in Canada.
I am working full-time in Canada on a Work Permit.
I am enrolled in an Online MBA program from a university in the UK.

Will I be able to claim points for both Foreign Education and Canadian Work Experience?

In my opinion, since this is Distance Learning, it would be labeled as "part-time" studies.
If the university website says "full-time", does this matter because my classes are less than 15 hours per week and hence should be part-time based on Canada's criteria?

What are your thoughts? Will I get points for both at the same time?

Doesn’t matter if full or part time. Not a Canadian program so you can take the program online. What matters is if what your ECA equivalency is when you complete the program, and whether you get a Masters equivalency.
