Applied for TRV from India with Valid PGWP

Hi all, applied for TRV from India on 6th November.
no response till 10th December. Raised webform and called IRCC they said they put a note and eligibility started on 13th December. No response after that.
any idea how long will it take from now to get PPR?

Eligibility just means reviewing your application to see if you have the documentation to be approved for a TRV. Has background check completed? Eligibility can take weeks or months. Each case is different.

@Naturgrl background check is also in progress. I read on other threads that eligibility means its assigned to an agent but I was not sure

Background check involves immigration and police checks as well as verifying your documentation is authentic.
