Incorrect Attestation form Date Signed

Hi,

I mistakenly signed attestation form on the date of application submission instead of EOI submission date. I put EOI submission date correct in the form but I signed it on the date of application submission. Would that cause any rejection? What is the possible solution for that please guide

I believe you can send a correct form on the email? I am not sure, but that would have been the first thing i would have done

Hello I seem to encounter similar situation that put my application submission date on it, rather than the EOI submission date. Wonder if any solutions you take and if any updates about this (e.g., successful provide or confirmed additional document uploaded from the officer)?

Please do help advise as I was so concerned as well
