Also have no idea.
Seems like people who applied in August, September or October those peoples files are taking long too long to come.
I just hope it's not a rejection for us.

I think it started from July. And now still no single update, I just hope and pray they still remember our application but I feel like they abandoned it somewhere

Yeah. That’s if they don’t go on break. But I feel they will and we can only hope for January

After this new rule of GIC is increased, there will be an influx of applications until December 31, so I'm expecting less now

Exactly. Our application is just pending, most times I just wish they will just give us a little sign that yes they are working on our application let’s jus have hope

Yeah, but GIC increases rule won't affect us as our application was done before 31 December.

No but what is happening is that there will be 10x more applications before December 31 which will backlog the system. With Christmas and New Years, IRCC will be closed for several days.
