IRCC Study Permit Application Process Delays (Ghana)

I submitted my study permit application on 15th August 2023 and went on to do my biometric on 28th August, I got notified in my GCkey portal that I passed my medical exam on 21st October, my school starts in January and I’ve still not heard anything from else form ircc as of today, what do I do ?

You can raise a webform but not much you can do but wait. Many people wait beyond the processing times. Has your file completed or started background or eligibility checks?

Raise a webform but not much you can do if neither have started. Files from Africa can take many months. If in a month, no response then contact school about deferral.

Its been 4months 1 week since i went for biometrics for my student visa and my application hasn’t been updated since is stuck on background check

Mine has been 5 months and I still haven't heard from them.
