Is it that I can not be invited by Ontario express PNP because I already got a non-express OINP?

My CRS score is 477 this September and 472 before September, I found that OINP did several tech draws but I am not invited this year. I checked that my EE profile does indicates that I am living in Ontario . Thank you very much! for your help! Appreciated.

You can be in EE and non tech draws. EE-OINP is based on CRS score and NOC selection. Non-EE is based on job offer and NOC selection.

Thank you EE PNP invited now, but I have a application of non-EE in processing. I am confused whether to go with PNP EE
