Does any one know, does a 2 year diploma from private career college in Ontario (Canada) eligible for TN visa? or meets the TN Visa requirement as stated in USCIS “Post-Secondary Diploma” means a credential issued, on completion of two or more years of postsecondary education, by an accredited academic institution in Canada or the United States.

Any help or insight is really appreciated.

I can tell you from anecdotal evidence that a 2-year anything might not be the way to go. Unless you have significant experience in a niche area and the company writes you an outstanding and detailed offer letter (and it's a huge multinational company, not your uncle Pete's excellent donut shop)
