i’ve gotten admission into George Brown college for a year program in May as a visitor (international student) but my parents don’t think one year is worth it so i want to apply to another college for September… can i apply for the study permit with the one year program and still go to the other college i want to apply for September.
Or i have to leave the country once my 6 months is up?

Have you applied to GB and gotten approved? If you are not going to attend GB, then apply for a study permit for the new college.

because I’m a visitor that’s why i want to know if i have to leave the country
You can apply to extend your status as visitor showing you can afford to stay but it can be refused. Your study permit is processed from your home country so applying inside Canada weakens your ties. You have to show funds, ties to return, and career/education progression to justify costs.
