My parents passed medical exam on Oct 20, 2023 and submitted updated resumes on Oct 26, 2023.
So far, no updates.
Mississauga office
Vancouver office seems closed, or our files has been assigned to those officers in Vancouver officers who had resigned or laid off
there is no reply or update since march 2023.
finally we have to unite and file a case through lawyer to get an update on our cases. totally unfair all fees paid and no update.

This is quite common in Canada. My own application for PR was sent to Buffalo and they transferred all our files to Sydney NS and something that took 1 year took 4 years.

Application submission: Dec 22nd 2022
Additional Docs: april 2023
Biometric: October 25th 2023
Pre Arrival: October 26th 2023
AOR: November 01st 2023
Medical: November 01st 2023
Pcc: November 21st 2023
Passport request: December 05 2023

My timeline is very similar to yours. No update from Vancouver office since our file moved thereHello friends,
I was invited to apply for my parents PR and received my file number /sponsor approval on March 17, 2023 but haven't heard anything from IRCC after that. I haven't paid the right of permanent residence fee for both of my parents , only paid the application Processing fee when applying. Is that what causing the delay? I know people who received the invitation with me , their parents are already here. Any information will be very helpful. Thank you
