1 year of experience is required for CEC or FSW so you are not eligible. Ask your lawyer how it is done since lawyer said it is possible. Then come back and tell forum member how it is possible without a year of work experience.

Ok. So since your lawyer is doing the application for you, then make sure lawyer is not lying on your application. What do you mean not providing information? If a Canadian immigration lawyer, who you are paying, is not giving you the information then file a complaint with the provincial bar association.

You are not elgible with 7 months.

Get rid of the lawyer now. You will regret it otherwise..

7 months is too short. Get 12 months and apply.

Have you been studying. What NOC is your spouse working in and what will their CRS score be after 1 year of work? You still need to have a high enough score to get selected with the 1 year of work experience. Type of NOC can open up other opportunities.

So you can apply with that NOC under FSW, if you want to submit a profile and have at least 67 selection points. Then when you have a year of Canadian experience you can change your NOC.

Do you have at least 67 points under the FSW points system?

How many points do you have under EE CRS?

Ultimately there is a lot of research / work you will need to do here if you want to do this yourself.
