No. The officer on your file is not reading your webform as soon as it is sent. Thousands are received everyday, and go into a queue. Then forwarded to the correct office. This can take days or weeks to be forwarded. And then opened by an officer.
I deal with ques currently in a quasi related government department. Notes are put into the file and then sent off to the associated department . As mentioned the files are not actioned immediately. I can then go back into an account and see what has the officer done to the file and are they requesting more information. Some times they’ll put a BF / bring forward date on a file . It’s so the account will pop up into their que load on that date .
