work experience letter only has job responsibilities (standard job description not comprehensive), But no job duties.

Hello everybody,

I was able to get the work experience document from my previous employer, it has all the details. Except regarding job duties and responsibilities.

Hr only provided me with a job responsibilities, which is 4 lines paragraph, Which is related to my NOC code.

My concern is it doesn't explicitly mention Job duties and responsibilities. It just says responsibilities.
And the responsibilities description is not comprehensive either. HR is denying any changes.


Is this ok?

Unfortunately no.
You have to convince them to provide a detailed version of your job duties as these are explicitly looked upon.
