So, the current ruling for working more than 20 hours for international students seems to be coming to an end on Dec 31, 2023. However, I was wondering if my case is different since my initial study permit were to expire on Sept 2023 (Started in Fall 2021) but I filed in April/May 2023 and got approved for a study permit extension till July 2024 by June 2023.
My question is, could I still work more than 20 hours a week till my new study permit expires, or I will be relegated to <= 20 /week?
I checked Canada.ca for this but one paragraph confused me a bit, so i wanted your interpretation. Here is the actual link.
