I have also applied for reconsideration through the webfrom but it is now more than a month since there is no reply at all. What should I do next. Please guide me, what to do next!!

No it is not guaranteed. IRCC states that on the PGWP site. Assume your program was 2 years, full time, no breaks at a public DLI. You may get two years but again not guaranteed.okk sir, I wanna know, will I get full work permit for sure ?? guarnteed??

Yes i did two back to back full time with no break. I had upload both the completion letters but when i called ircc they said they did not receive one of the completion letter's. They said i can make a reconsideration request. So i made a reconsideration request, but i did not get any reply yet
