Hello Guys,

My brother got his PR via the Alberta Tech pathway, and he is planning to come to Canada next year in March.
All the flights to Edmonton go via Montreal, Vancouver and Toronto. So if the flight is booked via Montreal and the final destination is Edmonton, there will be no issues with immigration in Montreal, correct?

No issue as long as he can show his final destination is Alberta. He should ensure he has multiple hours between his 1st flight and his 2nd because the needs to go through immigration at the first airport.
