COPR Expired left Canada. Can I apply for PRTD?

I got COPR for only two months because my medicals are getting expired on Novemeber 01, 2023.

I got my COPR on Aug 17, 2023, and valid till November 1, 2023, but, due to a family emergency, I had to leave Canada. I left Canada on November 09, 2023 and I'm not sure if i can apply for PRTD from India with expired COPR.

Please help on what to do next am I required to give medicals again?

I’m yet to receive my first PR card and in my case the COPR I received is only valid for 2 months.
I have been living in Canada for past 5 years

Ok. So you activated COPR by applying for first PR card before leaving. Follow instructions for applying for PRTD. There is a document checklist.

My only problem is if I can apply for PRTD with an expired COPR.
