CRS score 497, work permit expiring in Feb 2024

I have a CRS score of 497 and my work permit is expiring in Feb 2024. I am working full-time in a Noc A job.
What are my options for work permit renewal or anything by which I can stay and continue to work.

Is your employer willing to get an approved LMIA? If so, you can change to a closed work permit.
