Positive TB on student permit extension

My study permit is expiring on 31 December 2023 therefore I applied for extension in November 2023. During medical, my sputum test came positive for TB and now m on medicines. I want to know how long it will take to get study permit because doctor told it will at least take 7 months to give me clearance from TB. By then i will be finished with my studies and I cant apply for pgwp due to no study permit . And i cant work for 6 months. What should I do ?

Follow instructions for clearing up TB. It is taken seriously in Canada so you cannot do anything until you are cleared.
