Ok. No such thing as visa sponsorship. You need to do your own job search. Find an employer willing to go through the LMIA process and prove that no one can in Canada can do the job (experience, education, language) but you. Then you can apply for a closed work permit.
It is very difficult to get a job offer from abroad unless you have specific skills that are in need in Canada. What is your work and education background? Would personally focus on qualifying for express entry (economic immigration)

There are no jobs on this forum. You need to apply for jobs through sites such as indeed and linkedin.
No. No one here can provide a visa. This isn't a government website.

Realistically you will not get a job from abroad to do basic tasks like data entry. There are many unemployed already in Canada who would get hired first.
Look into economic immigration if you want to move to Canada. Would also look into how difficult and long it will be to get licensed as an engineer in Canada and a specific province. Would also look into what the job market is like in your field. The job market is difficult for many types of engineers with a bachelor’s degree.
So plz let me know any work in which seats are available in which you can provide me visa easily.
