No I was waiting for the study permit can I still start it even with this study permit

Your choice whether to wait or not. May be best to see if study permit is approved. It is two different processes but because you are married to a citizen, you should have first applied for sponsorship. You have waited this long. Outland sponsorship is over a year.

Yes I know it’s over a year that’s why I said if I get the permit I can now apply but applying now is another one year
