Check the other threads - ECOPR Timeline
You can email them - Some people are getting a generic response as below
Hello,
Thank you for your inquiry.
Processing times vary during the year, given our current processing capacity, there are delays in processing the high volume of files.
We will contact you directly once your file is ready for finalization.
Please note that we will not be responding to follow-up inquiries.
Thank you,

Have you tried calling IRCC & checking if something was sent and lost? Thanks @BA101
I received the same template response as above, 1 month ago... I assumed I was in the virtual queue as told. But then 2 months passed, and nothing happened.
Got my PPR today,AOR: 09 June
VO: Montreal
Bio: Completed
Medical: completed
Criminality: Passed
Info sharing: Passed
Security: In progress
Eligibility: In progress
ADR (Employment letter): 06 OCT
ADR submitted: 10 OCT
What should I expect after submitting ADR? Mostly people get ADR few weeks after AOR, but I got almost after 4 months..
Does this mean final decision is near ?
I have seen people getting PPR within a week after submitting ADR, particularly who get adr after months..
Should I take it as a good sign ?
IRCC request letter statement showing, "we have begun processing your PR application, in order to make a decision we need THAT document"
Do very request letter from IRCC starts with the same statement??
Hi. Did you receive your Ecopr?I did call several times and got the same template answer "It is now in the hand of the officer we don't have more information. I can see in our system that your application is in good shape. If I were you, I would just wait" Webform alr.
Can you please share the number you called? It's been 81 days for me since I submitted in-canada declaration and still haven't received e-copr.AOR: July 9, 2023 (Express Entry PNP)
Email 1 (Info Request): November 16, 2023
Email 2 (PR Portal Credentials):----waiting-----
eCOPR: -----waiting-----
PR Card: -----waiting-----
I called IRCC today and the lady said to be patient that it's coming. My company is doing layoffs in a couple weeks so I'm worried that would affect my BC PNP nomination but the lady said, since I've come so far then it shouldn't matter. From the research I've done online, Montreal VO seems to be painfully slow. My friend spent a month waiting for his portal credentials and there are people who have waited as much as 35 or even 55 days. Is there a reason there are so slow? Etiboke seems to be quite fast.
Sure. It's 1-888-242-2100. I spoke with an agent. Just follow the menu until you get to the point where you have to check the status of your PR application. From there it should be pretty easy. Just talk with an agent. 81 days is a long time. I would definitely call them. Can you please share the number you called?
