Is IRCC Request letter for update LoA a positive sign??

Hope you are all doing well.
I applied for a study permit on july for September intake 2023
Due to visa delay i missed the fall 2023 semester.
After almost 3 months IRCC started my eligibility review and On 26 october I received an email from IRCC requesting for my new LOA - deferral letter.
I provided it within the timeframe of IRCC. I submitted it on 11 november.
Now, in my Gc key, It is showing that " on 15 november, we are reviewing your additional document "

My questions are -
1. Is getting a LoA request from IRCC good sign of visa approval?
2. How long it may take to get the PPR decision as currently they are reviewing my additional documents.

Its almost 3.5 months since i applied for the Study permit.
Please advice

You can’t tell. They have been reviewing mine for a month and 1 week and eligibility is a month and some days. Applied for January intake so you never can tell

Request for LOA is a good sign.
Your study permit is going to be approved and since the first LOA isn't valid, they want an updated one to know when to start your studies and when your study permit should expire.

Yes, there is a problem, you're creating a separate thread daily for the same question.
I already answered the previous thread, if any other person has to answer, they would've done it on an existing thread, and threads are meant specifically for that purpose
