Lost old IME number done 4 years ago for study permit

Hello all,

i received an ita for my express entry profile (cec) and have some confusion regarding medical exam proof. I had gotten my medical exam done in mid 2019 for my study permit application, but I am unable to find the IME number associated with it now.
1. Shall I upload a blank document in the medical field?
2. Shall I upload a LOE, telling them my old study permit number instead?
3. Shall I get an upfront medical exam done?

The best option in this scenario would be to get the upfront medical done. They will give you the letter that you can upload. Its better and straightforward and will not require an LOE and will save a lot of your time and stress!
