Advice on application for study permit

I got rejected study permit in August 2023. I applied in New Brunswick Community college for Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I got rejected giving me the reason that insufficient fund, not consistent with temporary study permit, officer don't think that I will leave Canada after study.
Now I have planned to apply again. I got accepted in Cape Breton University in Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Business Management for May 2024 intake.
I did food business and my wife is a chef n does her own business.
I am 42 years old. Now I have relocated to my home district.
Here I work as an Assistant Manager at an agent bank. And my wife does her cooking business.
How can I go ahead with my new application?

You will still have to show how this degree will lead to career advancement and whether it makes sense based on your education and work history. Do you have children? It is tough to justify returning to school, especially going abroad and paying very expensive tuition, in your 40s unless doing an advanced degree or doing a degree that will significsnt increase your earning potential. CBU is one of the schools that is likely under a microscope because 75% of their students are now international students. The school mainly catered to young people living in the local area before they started advertising to consultants mainly in India. There is not enough housing for international students which has pushed up the cost of housing and sadly many have no other option but to live in pretty bad conditions when there is not enough jobs all available for all the int national students who want/need to work. Many consultants recommend this school because of lower costs but also because the school likely pays them more than others for every student that registers at the university.
