It has been around 3 weeks for me since I sent in my eye colour, height and other details. Still haven’t got any response for portal 2.
Please update here as well if you receive access to portal 2.

2. Final Decision - Oct 4th
3. Portal 1 - Oct 5th (replied same day)
4. Portal 2 - Oct 10th (responded back same day)

6. VO - Etobicoke
7. PR Card - Waiting

It's been 20 days since I applied for virtual landing and still have not gotten my credentials or a reply. Is there any way I can contact the Pr portal or follow it up?

Welcome to the club, 35 days and counting. Call and email them and yesterday and still nothing solid.
