Hello,

When I applied for Tourist visa I had mentioned my travel dates as 28th October and for duration of 14 days.

But, I couldn't go on 28th October, 2023.

Can I go in December 2023 and stay there for 2 months? Will the immigration office get to know my initial plan was 15 days but now I'm planning to stay in Canada for 2 months

I have visa valid till 2026.

You can enter Canada anytime while your TRV is valid. CBSA doesn’t know your initial plan as they decide how long you will stay. Have a return ticket and you should be okay.

Will they ask for any proof that I will leave after 2 months?(like job contract)
Do they ask for proof of funds to show them I can survive in Canada for 2 months ? (like bank statement, salary slips)

Thank you @Naturgrl for helping here _/\_

CBSA can ask for documentation. You will have a return ticket so that is proof.

Thanks. :)

What I understood is having a "Return ticket" should be enough.

I don't have to worry about my changed travel dates and changed (increased) travel duration.
