Pls how did everything went after getting that letter from ICAC because I just received same later today.. pls your experience and understanding will really be appreciated. I will be waiting for responses . Thanks
Approved. Hearing: January 8th, 2024, Confirmation Mail: End of February 2024.
Can you tell us what time your hearing was? Was it in the morning at 8 AM or in the afternoon at 1 PM? Also, what questions did he ask you exactly?

It was very smooth, the decision makes was gentle and nice to me, 1PM slot. All they asked me from BOC narrative. So, I would say, know your story each and every single detail information plus review your documents. Sometimes, rare case, they ask counter questions but if you know your story properly you'd be able to answer.

hi...i have been waiting for hearing date too. I received disclosure package in the month of feb'2023. How do you get it, I mean is it by mail or through lawyer?

I got my case on Table decision on 2021, PR at 2023, overseas family got PR just after 6 month of my PR, now they are with me.
can you please highlight me of how the hearing went,AND Again want to know with the Regular hearing did you submit any evidence(bcos mine says NO INTERVENTION with the box checked
