CEC draws are no more. Haven’t been CEC draws since Covid ended.

Yes, people are certainly getting drawn under CEC if their EE score is high enough. If you haven't received ITA, then that would typically mean your score is too low. I assume your EE profile is active?

Both CEC and FSW applicants are being selected under the "no program specified" draws which have been taking place. CEC only draws were something special that IRCC did during COVID and most of us don't think they are going to make a come-back.
